Registration and participation conditions

TU4YOU is a platform provided by TU Darmstadt that allows you to book courses, seminars, workshops and training sessions offered by TU Darmstadt services and institutions.

The Skills Portal is the TU4YOU platform module that offers courses in key skills.

The services and institutions offer the courses free of charge. No course fee is charged for the free courses and a price of €0.00 is displayed. Booking via the shopping cart is only used for online registration for the desired free course.

The courses on the Skills Portal are primarily aimed at members of TU Darmstadt.

Students, apprentices and employees of TU Darmstadt can use their TU-ID to register directly in the portal and book courses. In some cases, courses are also open to interested parties who do not belong to the TU. External interested parties can register as guests with an e-mail address and then book the courses that are open to guests.

Registration is necessary for all courses. Therefore, please check independently whether your registrations and cancellations have been recorded correctly. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us immediately at tu4you@tu-darmstadt.de.

The institutions reserve the right to cancel a course if the number of registrations does not reach the minimum number of participants or if other important reasons require it. This does not give rise to any claims for damages.

The personal data processed here is used solely for the purpose of managing registrations and participations by the TU Darmstadt services and institutions and the course instructors. It is not used for any other purpose or transferred to third parties. Technical and organisational measures are taken in accordance with the state of the art to protect your data. Among other things, data transmission is always encrypted. You can help to protect your data by preventing misuse of your login/password and unauthorised access to your data.
